This is a leadership role that combines technical credibility, people leadership and strategic influence. You’ll be responsible for creating an environment where engineers can thrive, engineering standards are consistently applied, and delivery teams are equipped to build secure, scalable, and resilient digital products.
You’ll lead a community of software engineers spanning permanent employees and delivery partners, supporting their development while ensuring the organisation continues to evolve its engineering capability and ways of working.
