Our Digital Engineering teams enable the effective management, control and utilisation of engineering information throughout the product lifecycle, working at the intersection of engineering, data and technology to support development, delivery and sustainment of aerospace products.

Our Digital Engineering teams are responsible for enabling the effective management, control and utilisation of engineering information throughout the product lifecycle. Working at the intersection of engineering, data and technology, these teams play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery and sustainment of complex aerospace products.
We are interested in hearing from engineers with experience in digital engineering, product data management, configuration management, engineering systems and digital transformation.

To work for the Rolls‑Royce Defence Early Life Cycle business an individual must hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls‑Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently have it in place.
Applicants must be UK nationals or, in MoD and Government body approved cases, dual nationals.
As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which may include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role.
