About the role

This is a maternity cover, available to UCL staff only.

The Digital Communications Manager will develop and implement the communications and marketing strategy through various projects including websites, e-newsletters, multimedia content, and social media.

The post-holder will liaise with stakeholders such as Deans, Directors, departmental administrators, academic colleagues, and external partners.

The role requires adherence to UCL policies, including promoting equality of opportunity, and maintaining safety training and awareness.

About you

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of website content management and email marketing systems
  • Ability to improve work standards and system efficiency
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
