Job Description:

We're seeking a visionary Digital Director to lead e-commerce strategy and execution on behalf of a rapidly scaling beauty brand.

As Digital Director, you'll own the full e-commerce customer journey—from CRO and paid media to AI-led personalisation and tech innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive e-commerce growth and CRO across DTC channels and platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop)
• Lead AI/data transformation to enhance personalisation, analytics, and automation
• Own paid media strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok) to scale profitably
• Integrate and optimise martech tools (GA4, RetentionX, CDPs)
• Collaborate cross-functionally and lead a high-performing digital team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years in digital/growth roles within DTC, beauty, or e-commerce
• Proven success in AI-driven digital transformation and CRO
• Expertise in performance marketing and analytics
• Experience managing agencies and martech vendors
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
