The Role

How do you create digital experiences that engage, inform, and inspire? Can you help turn business challenges into intuitive websites, engaging apps, and seamless user journeys? This role is for creative thinkers and skilled designers. Whether you’re helping start-ups dream big or supporting FTSE giants with innovative solutions, you’re passionate about shaping ideas and delivering beautifully crafted digital experiences.

Working alongside our strategists, senior designers, and developers, you’ll collaborate with creatives from all disciplines—copywriters, animators, brand designers, and motion specialists—to create meaningful digital work.

You'll play a key role in designing digital experiences that solve problems and make a measurable impact, with guidance and support from our other Digital Designers, Senior Digital Designer, and Creative Director.

The Fun Stuff

• Design compelling digital experiences that connect with diverse audiences.
• Focus on corporate websites, with opportunities to work across broader digital projects.
• Contribute to presentations and client discussions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team, including digital, print, film, animation, and copywriting specialists.

The Fundamentals

• Strong layout, typography, and interaction design skills with an eye for detail.
• A solid understanding of digital design principles, UX best practices, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Ability to communicate design thinking clearly with others, whether through moodboards, wireframes, or prototypes.
• A problem-solving mindset, with a passion for turning complex business information into intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
• A team player who builds positive working relationships and enjoys collaboration.

Experience

• A portfolio demonstrating strong digital design skills and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience working on real-world digital projects, preferably websites and web-based platforms.
• A curiosity for the digital landscape, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Experience of animation and interaction is a huge bonus.
