This Request for Quotation (RFQ) outlines the scope, timeline and submission requirements. If you have crafted inclusive, accessible and engaging digital experiences for schools, colleges or multi‑academy trusts, we would love to review your portfolio and discuss a potential collaboration.

About Us

Flare builds custom safeguarding and wellbeing apps for schools, colleges and universities. Scope of Work

Phase 2: Low fidelity wireframes (mobile & desktop wireframes (WCAG2.2AA‑ready)).

Phase 3: High fidelity protoypes (Figma prototype, reusable component library, typography & colour tokens)

Please email gabriel@cause.cx with the subject line “School Web Design RFQ – [YourName/Studio]” and include:

  • Quotation and/or model
  • Fixed‑fee (or clearly stated day‑rate + estimated days) for the scope above
  • Any optional extras & hourly rate for iterations beyond three rounds
  • Portfolio – at least two live education‑sector websites you designed.
  • One‑paragraph approach – how you’d tailor UX for pupils, parents and staff audiences

Selection Process & Key Dates

RFQ Responses Due: 11 May at 23:00 BST

Interview From: 12 May

Final Selection: 16 May

All shortlisted candidates will be invited to a single 30‑minute Zoom or Google Meet session to discuss your portfolio, approach and availability. No speculative or unpaid design work will be requested at this stage.

  • Fluent in Figma (components, auto layout, design tokens)
