Please note, this is strictly in office, London based position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design high-impact digital assets for web, social, email, and paid channels
• Support BAU and creative campaigns with the creation of assets for social media, web/e-commerce (e.g., homepage, PDPs, banners), and paid digital projects
• Bring brand stories to life through the addition of motion design (for email, social, or paid).
• LeverageAI tools(e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to support concept development and creative workflows
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute campaign ideas
• Stay up to date with digital trends, design innovations, and emerging creative tech

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of experience in a design role (in-house or agency), preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• A portfolio that showcases excellent commercial digital work across email, social, web, and paid media/performance marketing assets.
• Familiarity withAI-powered design toolsand enthusiasm for experimenting with new tech
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects/Premier Pro) and FIGMA
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Bonus: beauty lover + experience with video editing, motion graphics, or interactive/web design
