Please note, this is strictly in office, London based position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design high-impact digital assets for web, social, email, and paid channels
Support BAU and creative campaigns with the creation of assets for social media, web/e-commerce (e.g., homepage, PDPs, banners), and paid digital projects
Bring brand stories to life through the addition of motion design (for email, social, or paid).
LeverageAI tools(e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to support concept development and creative workflows
Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute campaign ideas
Stay up to date with digital trends, design innovations, and emerging creative tech

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of experience in a design role (in-house or agency), preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
A portfolio that showcases excellent commercial digital work across email, social, web, and paid media/performance marketing assets.
Familiarity withAI-powered design toolsand enthusiasm for experimenting with new tech
Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects/Premier Pro) and FIGMA
Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Bonus: beauty lover + experience with video editing, motion graphics, or interactive/web design
