Role Summary:

Join BuildPrompt as our Lead Product & Digital Designer and help shape how businesses interact with AI-powered data insights. You will be responsible for our digital ecosystem, from Product interface to our Brand presence.Working at the intersection of technology and creative design. This role merges hands-on digital design with strategic thinking, ideal for a designer with a focus on UI/UX, product, brand management, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Product Design:

• Craft intuitive, yet beautiful user experiences that make complex data accessible and actionable
• Create and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that follow best practices in UX/UI, with a focus on accessibility and user-centred design
• Shape our brand language across all digital touchpoints, from our website, presentations, and platform interfaces
• Support with the product ownership taking product features from conceptualisation, design, development and testing ensuring the development team are meeting the requirements set by yourself and business and we close out features and scale the product.
• Lead product design strategy and user research initiatives to inform product decisions
• Define and implement product design processes and frameworks that scale
• Translate complex data requirements into intuitive user experiences through user research, testing, and iteration
• Drive key product decisions based on user research and metrics
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical feasibility and implementation approaches

Website & Social Content Management:

• Design engaging graphics, short video assets, and interactive elements for social media and other digital channels.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear and visually compelling stories.
• Experiment with emerging design tools and technologies to keep us ahead of the curve

Stakeholder Management & Leadership:

• Work autonomously, but also in-collaboration with our development team to understand project requirements and provide design expertise that aligns with BuildPrompt’s objectives
• Drive design decision that directly impacts our product success and customer satisfaction
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, pitch innovative ideas, and engage in the creative process.
• Articulate design decisions and UI/UX strategies to internal teams, fostering a collaborative design environment.

Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years in digital design, with an impressive portfolio showcasing product, web and brand work.
• Proficiency in the latest design tools & design systems (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and experience with web tools like WordPress (Elementor or similar builders preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, visually engaging designs, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
• (Preferred): Familiarity with video editing and basic animation for digital and social content is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar) for designing email marketing content.
• Front-end development knowledge
