Dandy is transforming the dental industry with digital dentistry solutions. We seek a Field Trainer in Birmingham to deliver in-person trainings, coach teams, and drive adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

This field-based role requires travel to practices, building clinical trust and measurable early success. You will partner with clinicians and practice leaders, monitor outcomes, and tailor training strategies to practice size and needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to deliver in-practice training.
• Proximity to a major airport or transport hub.
• Leadership presence and ability to influence clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support dentists and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation and adapt in real time to practice goals.
• Own each practice’s success, drive early case submissions, and build confidence during and after training.
• Partner with clinicians to reinforce scanning habits and monitor outcomes in 30 days.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources and messaging before training day.
