ITC Infotech is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Luton, UK.

Technical Experience:

• At least 10 years in Hospitality and/or Travel Industry domain within 20+ years of overall experience.
• Experience in delivery and growth of a $15M+ ACV portfolio.
• Exposure to North America and UK/Europe geographies.
• Specialization in Hospitality and/or Travel portfolio areas like PMS, CRS, POS, Distribution, CRM/CDP, Loyalty, Digital.

Responsibilities:

• Managed distributed teams of 200+ across geographies/regions.
• Proven experience in handling customers directly as part of ongoing delivery.
• Experience in service modernization and delivery transformation using automation and AI.
• Managing delivery discipline, talent supply chain, and operations.
• Building and nurturing winning teams, delivering business outcomes.

Certifications:

• Agile/SAFe/PMP certifications in project or product management.
• Cloud/AI or GenAI certifications are a plus.
