Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting a Digital Delivery Assistant to join our Scotland team. You will support the Information Management and DDC functions, assist users with digital platforms, and help coordinate project systems and governance.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and may involve travel across project sites. We value keen learners who communicate clearly, stay organised, and handle data carefully.

Qualifications

• Keen to learn and develop a career in digital delivery.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage routine tasks and priorities.
• Careful and accurate when handling information, data and records.
• Willingness to work across office and project environments and travel when required.
• A CSCS card and full UK driving licence may be required depending on project location and duties.

Responsabilités

• Support the DDC and Information Management team in applying the project Information Management Plan and procedures.
• Assist users with the correct use of approved digital platforms and project workflows.
• Help coordinate onboarding, access, permissions and routine administration for project systems.
• Support digital processes relating to safety, quality and information management.
• Carry out basic data checks and escalate concerns.
• Capture meeting actions and maintain trackers.
• Assist with training sessions and user guidance.
• Support site-based digital activities and data capture where allowed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and safe delivery and raise them.
• Follow BB policies and information security expectations.
