Job summary

General Summary:

This role will primarily be responsible for leading the email channel for the international region. This involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, building email templates, advising on best practices, providing data insights, and working with offshore teams to manage email builds and train users on Veeva platforms. Additionally, the role supports the build and management of commercial websites, managing tickets, collaborating with offshore teams, analyzing web traffic, and providing insights based on analytics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the main contact for all email-related queries for the international region.
  2. Manage digital assets, prioritize content, and coordinate with internal teams and agencies.
  3. Support channel-related queries and lead digital production and UAT of digital assets and campaigns.
  4. Establish and monitor brand KPIs and analytics priorities.
  5. Guide the development of digital campaign strategies and understand customer preferences.
  6. Build and prioritize capability roadmaps, ensuring clear communication with global teams.
  7. Align business priorities with IT and other stakeholders, understanding project implications and adjusting roadmaps accordingly.
  8. Support customer engagement plans leveraging digital tactics.
  9. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including digital marketers, IT, and agencies.
  10. Gather and drive business requirements, suggest platform improvements, and optimize user experience.
  11. Oversee budgets and agency execution to ensure timely and within-budget deliverables.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience in pharma or biotech, preferably in a commercial role.
  • Strong digital marketing experience, especially multichannel or omnichannel.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, innovative, and adaptable.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendors.
  • Ability to build credibility and lead without authority across functions and geographies.
  • Proven project management skills and experience managing teams.
  • Understanding of pharma regulations.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related fields.
  • Commitment to integrity and diversity.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in pharma marketing, sales, digital, or consultancy, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proven digital marketing experience in multichannel or omnichannel strategies.
