Boots is seeking a passionate Copywriter to join the Digital Experience team for boots.com/.ie. You will craft compelling, SEO-friendly copy and manage assets in the CMS to support trading and marketing plans.

You’ll collaborate with designers, ecommerce teams, and brands to deliver campaigns across pages, promotions, and events. The role emphasizes delivering campaigns from brief to live, maintaining Boots' tone of voice, and adapting quickly to promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager would be ideal).
• Digital copy skills and experience of writing short-form copy for a commercial site.
• Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
• Customer-focused with close attention to detail.
• Experience following a style guide to provide a consistent tone of voice.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment and be reactive to changing promotions.

Responsibilities

• Digital copy production and build of campaign assets for Boots.com UK and ROI for specific teams.
• Build category areas and collaborate with designers, eCommerce teams, and brands.
• Deliver marketing briefs across shop pages, content, and events.
• Ensure assets follow copy guidelines and Boots brand, fully integrated with campaigns.
• Deliver digital projects from brief to live.
