Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Co-ordinator to bring CT beauty into the digital space. You will support product launches, activations and day-to-day updates, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and delivered on time.

You’ll work with Digital Content and E-commerce Trade teams to create inspiring customer journeys that boost commercial performance, while ensuring localization for international markets and seamless PDP/PLP management.

Formación

• Educated to degree level.
• 1+ year experience in Digital/E-commerce and CMS (Contentful a plus).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with strong time management.

Responsabilidades

• Support CMS activity as a superuser, creating and updating website and app content.
• Lead setup and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for new product launches and activations.
• Localise site areas for international markets with the translation team.
• Perform daily app/home page updates across locales ensuring content is engaging and commercial.
• Collaborate on NPD launches and seasonal offers, ensuring assets are uploaded to the CMS on time.
• Assist creation of landing pages aligned with campaigns.
• Refresh help pages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support audits to ensure rights-compliant assets.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Trade to optimise content for performance.
