Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a talented Digital Design Assistant to join the Digital Design team in London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on creating high-quality assets for website, emails, social and app projects, with collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and experience in animated content. A keen eye for layout, brand consistency, and willingness to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating digital design work across website, emails, social, and apps.
• Competent use of Adobe design suite; experience with Figma preferable.
• Experience with animated GIFs and videos; After Effects skills are a plus.
• Understanding of online web best practices and brand guidelines.
• Able to multi-task and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the digital design team in creating visually beautiful assets for website, email and app.
• Design and create evergreen content for weekly email newsletters.
• Support asset creation for product launches and events using our photography.
• Resize and adapt creative imagery for various channels.
• Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and maintain organization.
