Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Digital Content Assistant to bring the brand's online magic to life. You will support product launches, activations and day-to-day updates, ensuring accurate and engaging content across website and app.

You will work closely with Digital Content and E-commerce Trade teams to deliver compelling customer journeys and drive performance. A degree and CMS experience are required, with a hybrid UK work model offering flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or higher.
• 1+ year experience in Digital/E-commerce and CMS (Contentful a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple moving projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS activity (Contentful) as a superuser, creating and updating site content.
• Lead setup and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for new launches and activations.
• Coordinate with Digital Translation team to localise content for international markets.
• Execute daily updates to app home and shop pages across locales ensuring content is compelling.
• Collaborate with Digital Content team to support NPD launches and seasonal offers.
• Create landing pages aligned with campaigns and business needs.
• Refresh help pages (terms, privacy, cookies, FAQs) for accuracy.
• Assist monthly site/app audits ensuring assets are rights-compliant and refreshed.
• Work with eCommerce Trade to optimise content for performance.
