ICAEW in London is seeking a Digital Content Executive (Architecture and Analytics) to join on a permanent basis. You will support information architecture, manage content and audits, and analyse how users interact with ICAEW's digital content.

The role combines content strategy with data-driven insights to improve online journeys. The position offers a salary of £35,000 with a hybrid pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week, and opportunities to collaborate across Content,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong planning and organisational abilities.

• Work collaboratively with Content & Distribution and Technology teams to improve structure, usability and performance of digital content.
• Manage the upload of video and audio content, analyse its usage, and support analysis of the impact of LLMs on web content.

What you will be doing;

• Support the development of ICAEW's website information architecture through the collection and analysis of web usage data.

What you will need;

Experience

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), ideally including Sitecore.
• Experience of web analytics and using data and metrics to assess digital content performance.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and an understanding of taxonomies and information architecture.
• Experience with audio and video web formats and user testing methods.
• Experience managing and building effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
