Digital Content Creator / Motion Designer required to join a well-renowned company specialising in bespoke campervans and motorhomes on a Permanent basis near Banbury, with a salary up to A GBP 45,000 per annum.

As the Digital Content Creator / Motion Designer, you will create engaging content across platforms, from videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) to static posts and carousels. Your motion design skills will enhance the team, bringing fresh ideas to content creation.

This role is ideal for a creative individual who can interpret briefs and produce fun, engaging content to boost digital engagement, foster community growth, and connect with audiences on a deeper level.

Who is our ideal Digital Content Creator / Motion Designer?

We seek a creative all-rounder passionate about content, storytelling, and digital media. The key qualities include:

• Skilled in shooting, editing, and delivering engaging videos focusing on social-first formats like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Enthusiast in motion graphics, capable of creating bespoke animations and dynamic visuals
• Design-savvy, able to produce eye-catching carousels, static posts, and branded graphics
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and collaborative spirit
• Confident with camera work, storytelling, composition, and pacing
• Tech-smart, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Social media native, understanding platform trends and algorithms
• Organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, able to work closely with the marketing team and external partners
• Bonus: Experience with print-ready designs for brochures, event materials, and showroom assets is a plus
