We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to join our team and contribute to our online presence by producing engaging and visually appealing content for the professional and consumer market.

Role Overview:

As the Digital Content Creator, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality, captivating content across various digital platforms. Your focus will be on showcasing our products, brand stories, and values through creative and engaging visuals, video and written content. Reporting to the Head of Beauty, you will collaborate with the marketing and E-comm teams to bring ideas to life and drive engagement with our audience.

You will have a good design eye, have your finger truly on the pulse of the latest trends and be confident in presenting your ideas to our team. This role offers you to truly make your mark across multiple brands for one of the UK’s finest manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce a variety of content including videos, images, and written copy for digital channels such as social media, website, email campaigns, and more.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop visually compelling content that tells the brand's story and highlights the benefits and features of our products.
• Product Showcasing: Create product demos, tutorials, and lifestyle content that showcases the functionality and appeal of our hair and beauty products.
• Social Media Management: Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to develop cohesive campaigns and meet project goals.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages on social media, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
• Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the content creation process.
• Performance Analysis:Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and content schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Able to work across multiple brands, with different target markets and identities.
• Proven experience as a digital content creator, preferably in the hair and beauty industry.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimisation techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
