Job summary

Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading main contractor in Birmingham to appoint an experienced Digital Construction Manager. The role drives digital construction delivery, BIM, BEPs and information management across major projects.

You will lead BIM activities, collaborate with design teams and supply chain, and ensure COBie compliance and BEP/EIR development, while promoting digital adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Digital Construction/BIM Management role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination and clash detection.
• Good working knowledge of COBie and information management.
• Deep understanding of BIM processes, BEPs, EIRs and ISO 19650.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital construction and BIM activities across projects.
• Manage and support design coordination and clash detection processes.
• Work with design teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement BEPs and EIRs; ensure information requirements are met.
• Manage project information and ensure compliance with digital standards.
• Coordinate model delivery and federation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support COBie implementation and information delivery.
