Job summary

Henry Martin Group is seeking an experienced Digital Construction Manager to drive digital delivery, improve project coordination and ensure compliance across a portfolio of construction projects in the United Kingdom.

You will oversee digital construction compliance, lead model coordination, and support tender and pre-construction activities while promoting BIM, 3D modeling and digital tools across multiple teams. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital construction, BIM or information management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of model coordination, clash detection, information exchanges and CDE platforms.
• Ability to engage and influence project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Experience delivering training, improving digital adoption and managing compliance.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital construction compliance, ensuring contractual requirements, company standards and procedures are met.
• Support tender and pre-construction activities, identifying risks, opportunities and digital information requirements.
• Drive the adoption of BIM, 3D models and digital tools across design, commercial, site operations, quality and health and safety teams.
• Lead model coordination, clash detection, issue management and buildability reviews.
• Monitor supply chain performance and ensure consultants and subcontractors meet project information requirements.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and ensure accurate, consistent project information.
• Deliver training, workshops and ongoing support to project teams and supply chain partners.
• Monitor project KPIs, compliance and performance, reporting findings and implementing improvements.
• Work closely with regional and central digital construction teams, sharing best practice and supporting innovation.
