Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns across websites, email, webinars, social media and digital platforms.
• Excellent writing/editing skills; translate complex pensions info into plain English.
• Highly organised; manages multiple projects to deadlines.
• Able to use data analytics and customer insights to improve engagement.
