Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Manager within the Digital Clinical Services Division to support delivery and development of digital transformation programmes, including Sparc. The role focuses on operational performance, governance and service development across multiple stakeholders to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex clinical service delivery and transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills across clinical and operational data.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts and governance in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse service data including KPIs, demand and capacity.
• Support delivery of contractual, operational and quality targets across Sparc and Digital Clinical Services.
• Lead on referral quality improvement in partnership with clinicians and system partners.
• Support mobilisation and implementation of new services and contracts.
• Provide governance, risk, incidents and quality improvement actions.
• Line manage administrative staff, including recruitment and performance management.
