Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Manager for the Digital Clinical Division to support digital transformation programmes and the Sparc Single Point of Access. You will drive performance, governance and service development, collaborating with clinicians, commissioners and partners to improve patient access and outcomes.
The role covers trust-wide service delivery, budget monitoring, staff leadership and the expansion of digital ophthalmology services across
Competenze
- Proven experience leading operational teams in health/digital services.
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in performance reporting, governance and service improvement.
Mansioni
- Monitor and analyse service data, KPIs and performance reports.
- Support delivery of contractual, operational and quality targets across Sparc and Digital Clinical Services.
- Lead on referral management, pathway efficiency and patient experience improvements.
- Provide line management and budget monitoring for administrative staff.
