Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Services Business Manager to provide senior leadership and management for the business, financial, workforce, governance and admin functions across Digital Services for the Group.

Reporting to the Deputy Group CIO – Digital Infrastructure, the postholder will develop robust systems, processes and controls to support financial management, procurement, workforce planning, governance and performance reporting, with autonomy

Qualifications

Extensive experience in health service financial governance and budgeting.
Proven ability to lead business management and admin functions.
Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and reports.

Responsibilities

Lead business management, governance and admin functions for Digital Services.
Provide specialist management advice to senior leaders.
Develop and maintain policies and controls covering finance, procurement, workforce, risk and administration.
Support setting, monitoring and forecasting of revenue and capital budgets across cost centres.
Analyse complex financial and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
