Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the digital team in a brand new post of Digital Clinical Educator, you will be working closely with CNIO and the Digital Matron to support the trust achieve the digital strategy.
The role will focus on quality and the digital clinical educator will work closely with the trust QI leads to promote digital literacy across the trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a proactive role model who will work to support the provision of Digital clinical education across the organisation.
The post holder will lead on corporate objectives across the nursing and midwifery workforce ensuring a conducive work environment working as a change agent with a strong professional and digital focus including key Digital KPI's

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
They will work closely across the organisation to deliver training, education and at the elbow support requirements for the staff working within the clinical areas to develop their knowledge on all the digital systems and requirements. This will include mandatory digital training requirements for staff. The post holder will have a focus on ensuring that new members of the Nursing Teams receive the appropriate digital training specific to their role.
