Job summary

Rathbones is seeking a Client Service Administrator in Liverpool to support prospective and existing clients throughout their journey. You will manage new enquiries, qualify leads and handle client queries with a focus on digital servicing and accurate information gathering.

Working across Wealth Management and Client Service, you will ensure a seamless experience from first contact through ongoing support, while maintaining regulatory standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication across calls, emails and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with client data and verification activity.
• Experience with digital portals and CRM is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client qualification queue activity and digital servicing requests.
• Understand services and propositions and match to prospects' needs.
• Manage inbound calls, callbacks, emails and digital support queries.
• Support online access journeys, including setup, usage and troubleshooting.
• Complete new online access requests and related administration tasks.
• Liaise with IT, Product and Operations to progress issues and requests.
• Track IT tickets and data issues for recurring themes.
• Support Digital Client Care meetings and app reviews.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices.
