Crisis is looking for a Digital Channels and Content Executive to join our Digital Engagement team in London. You’ll plan, create and optimise engaging content across social media, email and website to grow impact and supporter engagement.

You’ll use audience insight and performance data to improve content, work with internal teams and agencies, and help deliver Crisis’ fundraising and campaigning objectives with accessible, persuasive content.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content across social media, email and web.
• Proven ability to use audience insights to improve content and performance.
• Strong writing with attention to accessibility and audience adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and optimise content across social, email and web channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns.
• Monitor and moderate social media as required and support the Social Media Manager.
