Salt is seeking a hands-on Digital Channel Manager to drive activity across Retail Media, Amazon, digital and social commerce. You will coordinate campaigns, optimise channels and report insights to support business decisions, working with internal teams, agencies and partners.

The role requires strong project management, communication and the ability to influence across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple digital channels within a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong understanding of Retail Media, Amazon Marketplace and Digital Commerce environments.
• Exposure to Social Commerce and emerging digital channels.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across different teams.

• Managing digital channel activity across Retail Media, Amazon, Digital Commerce and Social Commerce
• Coordinating campaigns and initiatives across multiple functions and markets
• Driving channel optimisation and performance improvements
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and platform partners
• Managing timelines, priorities and project deliverables
• Providing reporting, insights and recommendations to support business decisions
