Job summary

Zenith International is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to shape outstanding digital campaign delivery for HP, a key global client. You will sit at the center of a connected team, bringing clarity to complex workflows and helping colleagues across media, data and technology deliver consistently strong work.

You will improve processes and introduce smarter uses of automation and AI, making a visible impact across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media operations, campaign management or related digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of campaign activation across paid search, social, programmatic and trafficking.
• Ability to manage workflows and multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Clear understanding of campaign measurement and performance metrics.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills for stakeholders across markets.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with willingness to improve processes.
• Curiosity about automation, AI and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels, from briefing to activation and reporting.
• Coordinate activity across account management, activation, analytics and planning teams.
• Improve workflows, governance standards and ways of working across teams and markets.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation and AI.
• Oversee campaign quality assurance, performance reporting and delivery milestones.
• Anticipate risks and delays, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide clear updates and actionable recommendations.
