About the Role

This portfolio of events provides our customers with the opportunity to meet and learn from those at the forefront of industry, combining a unique mix of stakeholders from across value chains.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing your own events. If you are an experienced professional with a track record of understanding your audience and delivering results, we invite you to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a clear marketing strategy for our events that focuses on revenue targets and aligns with our broader corporate vision.
  2. Manage marketing campaigns from design and execution to reporting and analysis.
  3. Oversee data strategy to generate a constant flow of new and relevant contacts.
  4. Brief and allocate resources for the telesales team to drive bookings.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external designers on the design and production of marketing materials.
  6. Leverage value from the editorial and product management teams to drive content marketing initiatives.
  7. Utilize social networking channels innovatively to generate traffic and increase event awareness.
  8. Manage affiliate partnerships to drive marketing and commercial success.

Requirements

  1. Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple campaigns while managing stakeholders.
  2. Experience in creating messaging, writing high-quality copy, and proofing content.
  3. Proficient in analysing marketing data to draw insights for data-led, responsive decision-making.
  4. A natural leader who is also comfortable working at a fast pace and executing tasks.
  5. Adaptable and confident, open to trying new ideas and techniques.
  6. Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua or similar systems.
  7. Event experience in a conference, exhibition, or training environment is advantageous.
