We're launching a new app, a new name, and a new brand voice, and we’re looking for a go-getter Senior Marketing Manager to lead growth from day one — and evolve into our future Marketing Lead within 1-2 years.

We’re looking for someone excited about fintech with global impact — someone who wants to launch, lead, and grow into the kind of leader who can build and scale a category-defining brand.

️ What You’ll Lead

As our growth engine and brand voice, you’ll be hands-on, strategic, and autonomous:

  • Craft and evolve a compelling B2C brand narrative — one that resonates emotionally with both consumers and merchants
  • Own and execute off-platform marketing campaigns — across social, PR, partnerships, influencer, affiliate, and events
  • Drive top-of-funnel user growth and awareness across global segments, especially in emerging markets
  • Launch trust-building initiatives — from social proof and guarantees to testimonials and tone of voice
  • Build and distribute educational content (FAQs, explainers, onboarding) that demystifies crypto and drives confidence
  • Partner with Product and Design to align the full journey — from acquisition to activation
  • Use AI-native tools to automate, accelerate, and scale output — from creative generation to campaign ops
What We're Looking For

You’re a doer, builder, and storyteller — a self-starter who’s already thinking two steps ahead.

  • 5–7 years in growth, brand, or product marketing for a B2C product
  • A proven track record of running successful off-platform campaigns across social, PR, partnerships, events, or affiliates
  • Self-starter with AI-native mindset — comfortable using AI tools for copy, creative, and automation to scale like a team of five
  • Experience growing international user bases, ideally across regions and channels (Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong B2C storytelling and brand building skills — from emotional narrative to trust-building messaging
  • Ambition to grow into a Head of Marketing role — you're ready to lead, not just execute
  • Experience in wallets, stablecoins, or crypto ecosystems
  • Background marketing to both end-users and merchant/SMB audiences
  • Familiarity with creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing
  • Define and launch a new brand — not just grow an existing one
  • Lead top-of-funnel strategy and own the story across web, app, content, and campaigns
  • Work directly with founders and product leaders
  • Use modern tools (AI, no-code, automation) to scale impact, not headcount
  • Build the next big thing in global fintech — and become a foundational marketing leader on the journey
