The Role

As a Digital Campaign Manager you will play a key role in delivering results-driven campaigns for clients, working closely with the Head of Digital to execute multi-channel digital strategies. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a small agency environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various digital marketing channels – Email, LinkedIn, Google, social media etc including set up and reporting
  • Overseeing lead generation campaigns, CRM integration, and experience of using marketing tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Supporting on website builds – liaising with designers, developers, and project managing from start to finish.
  • Analysing performance metrics and reporting on campaign success.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Contributing to new business proposals and identifying opportunities for account growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Agency experience – ideally in a digital, marketing, or creative agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent client management skills – confident in building relationships and guiding clients through campaigns.
  • Experience with website project management (liaising with developers and designers).
  • A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
