About The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you'll:

  • Develop and own the Laka e-CRM strategy
  • Manage email lifecycle campaigns from customer acquisition, through to conversion, retention, and reactivation (B2B and D2C)
  • Research, test, and scale new and existing customer acquisition channels, techniques, and technologies
  • Continuously innovate customer journeys to deliver the right message, on the right channel, at the right time, with the right call to action
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders
  • Own our referral programme to acquire new customers and create brand advocates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging multi-channel content
  • Produce detailed reporting as required
Location

Remote-first, flexible working environment.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Knowledge of email segmentation, programmatic content, and automated campaigns
  • Significant experience in customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with paid media including PPC, paid social, and programmatic
  • Experience mapping customer journeys across products and territories
  • Ability to manage large strategic projects independently
  • Experience running successful referral campaigns using the full marketing mix
  • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze campaign insights and inform decision-making
