Job summary

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to prioritise roadmap.
• Oversee multidisciplinary team across insights, UX, technology, security and architecture.
• Define and measure success criteria for digital products aligned with strategic objectives.
• Establish feedback loops and continuously refine backlog to maximize value.
• Ensure seamless delivery of digital products with training and communications for adoption.
• Collaborate with Group (Sweden) to accelerate digital development.
