Job summary

My client in London is seeking a Payments Portfolio Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of the Payments portfolio, including Debit Card Modernisation and Current Account Switching. You will lead a team of project managers, partner with key stakeholders and third-party vendors, and ensure successful delivery in a rapidly changing payments landscape.

The role is hybrid, based in the City, permanent, with up to £130,000 base salary plus bonus, reflecting senior leadership in a digital bank

Qualifications

• Programme management experience in banking or fintech.
• End-to-end payments knowledge across cards, transfers, etc.
• Technical delivery experience from project/programme view.
• Experience leading a team of project managers.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payments Portfolio and oversee all programmes and projects.
• Manage a team of project managers and provide strategic oversight.
• Engage stakeholders and manage third-party vendors within the portfolio.
