Job summary

HSBC Bank plc is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to deliver outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote financial inclusion across branches in the UK.

You will join a supportive team, receive comprehensive in-branch training, and work 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:30 in some branches. A starting salary of £27,200 plus discretionary bonus is offered, with generous holidays and pension benefits.

• Identify customers in vulnerable situations and determine how best to support them.
