Job summary

National Westminster Bank Plc is seeking a Digital Assets Product Manager to shape and execute the digital asset strategy within NatWest Markets. You will identify and develop new propositions across digital money, tokenised assets and market infrastructure, building compelling business cases and working with Sales, Trading, Treasury and Technology to deliver client solutions.

You will coordinate with Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure governance and controls, monitor regulatory developments

Qualifications

Commercially minded professional with experience in product management, strategy, business development or programme delivery within financial services.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Head of Fixed Income and Digital Asset Product with the development, delivery and ongoing management of the digital asset product strategy and roadmap.
Identify, assess, design and deliver new digital asset propositions with alignment across internal stakeholders and teams.
Develop and deliver digital asset strategy, commercial opportunities across digital money, tokenised securities, stablecoins and market infrastructure.
Build business cases, drive investment decisions and lead product development from concept through to launch and growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Treasury, Payments, Technology and NWG stakeholders to deliver client solutions and engage with fintechs and industry bodies.
Produce strategic presentations and recommendations for senior management and governance forums.
