Job summary

NatWest Markets (NWM) invites a Digital Assets Product Manager to help shape the digital asset strategy and roadmap. You will work with stakeholders across NatWest Group to deliver innovative client solutions in digital money, tokenised securities and market infrastructure.

You will drive business cases, partner with Sales, Trading and Technology, and ensure governance and risk controls while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy, business development or programme delivery within financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, tokenisation, digital money or capital markets.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the digital asset product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities across digital money and tokenised assets.
• Lead product development from concept through to launch and growth.
