Job summary

You will collaborate across product, technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, sales, and relationship management to deliver market-leading client solutions and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of digital asset technologies (DLT, CBDCs).
• Experience with asset servicing products and client solutions.
• Ability to develop roadmaps and manage product lifecycles.
• Influence senior stakeholders across matrixed orgs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills.
• Commercial focus with pricing strategy and business cases.
• Experience scaling digital asset solutions globally.
• Understanding regulatory landscape and risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy and roadmap for the digital asset product portfolio.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in digital assets.
• Translate capabilities into differentiated client solutions.
• Support product innovation and represent NT at industry forums.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management for opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies and commercialization plans.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative digital asset servicing.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from development to launches.
• Define target client segments and evaluate market opportunities.
• Oversee governance, risk controls, dependencies and outcomes.
• Monitor success metrics and optimize client experience.
