EY is seeking a high-performing Manager to join our Non-Financial Risk Consulting team, focusing on digital assets within Wealth and Asset Management. You will help clients design and implement robust risk and control frameworks across evolving digital asset ecosystems, at the intersection of innovation and risk.

You will lead risk workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with technology, regulatory, and compliance functions to translate regulatory expectations into practical

Competenze

• Strong wealth/asset management knowledge (inc. buy/sell-side processes).
• Strong understanding of the digital assets ecosystem, including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and tokenised assets.
• Experience designing or assessing risk taxonomies and control frameworks for digital assets.
• Knowledge of end-to-end digital asset process flows, including trading, custody, and settlement.
• Understanding of key risks (operational, technology, fraud, regulatory, market, liquidity) and controls.
• Experience mapping and analysing client journeys and operating models in financial services.
• Familiarity with global digital asset regulations and frameworks (UK FSMA 2023, FCA, MiCA, etc.).
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical control and governance solutions.

• Advise clients on non-financial risk frameworks for digital assets, including governance and control environments.
• Support design and implementation of risk and control frameworks across digital asset lifecycles.
• Assess and enhance digital asset process flows, mapping risks and indicative controls.
• Evaluate client journeys across digital asset use cases (tokenisation, investing, stablecoins).
• Advise on operating models and target control environments for wealth and asset managers.
• Conduct risk assessments across participants (asset manager, transfer agent, custodian).
• Engage with clients' business stakeholders and interpret global regulatory requirements.
• Support client workshops, explain design decisions and trade-offs.
• Lead risk workstreams within multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior members.
• Collaborate with technology, regulatory, and compliance teams to deliver holistic solutions.
