EY is seeking a Manager to join the Non-Financial Risk Consulting team focusing on digital assets within Wealth and Asset Management. You will advise on governance, regulatory compliance and operational resilience across digital asset ecosystems, leading risk workstreams and collaborating with technology, regulatory and compliance teams.

The role involves shaping risk frameworks across issuance, trading, custody and fund operations, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and deliver

Qualificações

• Strong wealth/asset management knowledge.
• Understanding of digital assets ecosystem including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, tokenised assets.
• Experience designing or assessing risk taxonomies and control frameworks for digital assets.
• Knowledge of end-to-end digital asset process flows: trading, custody, settlement, reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on non-financial risk frameworks for digital assets (governance, risk taxonomies, control environments).
• Design and implement risk and control frameworks across digital asset lifecycle (issuance, trading, custody, settlement, reporting).
• Assess digital asset processes, map client journeys and identify key risks and controls.
• Lead risk workstreams within multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
