EY is seeking a high-performing Senior Consultant to join the Non-Financial Risk Consulting team, focusing on digital assets within Capital Markets. You will advise on governance, regulatory compliance, and risk controls across digital asset ecosystems.

Role involves designing risk and control frameworks, mapping client journeys, and collaborating with technology, regulatory, and compliance teams to deliver holistic client solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong capital markets knowledge including trade lifecycle and asset classes.
• Understanding of digital assets: cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, tokenised assets.
• Experience designing or assessing risk taxonomies and control frameworks for digital assets.
• Knowledge of end-to-end digital asset processes: trading, custody, settlement, lifecycle.
• Awareness of key risks and related controls across operations, technology, and regulation.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on non-financial risk frameworks for digital assets, including governance and control environments.
• Design and implement risk and control frameworks across digital asset lifecycle processes in capital markets.
• Assess crypto asset processes, identify risks, and define indicative controls.
• Map client journeys for digital asset use cases and advise on operating models and target controls.
• Interpret global regulatory requirements related to digital assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
