Digital Asset Operations Associate
About Us

Tradeweb is a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes. As financial markets become increasingly interconnected, our technology enables efficient, multi-asset trading on a global scale. We serve more than 3,000 clients in more than 85 countries, including many of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, corporations, and wealth managers.

Creative collaboration and sharp client focus have helped fuel our organic growth. We facilitated average daily trading volume (ADV) of more than $2.8 trillion over the past four fiscal quarters, topping $3.3 trillion in ADV for the first quarter of 2026.

Since our IPO in 2019, Tradeweb has completed four acquisitions and doubled our revenues – and 2025 was our 26th consecutive year of record revenues.

Tradeweb plays a central role in modernizing market structure by developing innovative trading protocols, embedding analytics into execution, and building technology infrastructure that supports the convergence of traditional and digitally native financial markets. Tradeweb is a great place to work, recognized in 2025 by Forbes as one of America's Best Companies and by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Financial Services Companies to Work For.

As a technology-driven organization, we value individuals who embrace innovation and are eager to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver better outcomes for clients and colleagues. We believe the greatest impact comes from combining technological capabilities with human expertise, judgment, and accountability.

The Opportunity

You will join Tradeweb's digital asset operations team at a formative moment, as our tokenised and digital securities platforms move towards launch and into live running. Working closely with the Director of Digital Asset Operations, you will help turn readiness plans into working procedures and keep the platform running smoothly once it is live.

This is a delivery-focused role with real ownership from day one. You will support the testing cycles that get us to go-live, execute the onboarding of new participants and clients, and provide first-line monitoring and support once the platform is operating. It calls for precision, a clear head under pressure and strong communication, since you will often be the first point of contact when something needs coordinating. We will give you the training, the team and the environment to grow quickly.

What You’ll Do
  • Support integration and production testing, including preparing test cases, tracking results and chasing open items to resolution.

  • Execute participant and client onboarding, from setup and enablement through to first live activity.

  • Run day-to-day operating procedures once the platform is live, and help refine them as the platform scales.

  • Provide first-line monitoring and support, logging, triaging and coordinating incidents and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Track deliverables, dependencies and actions across the team, and keep documentation and trackers accurate and current.

  • Work with product, technology and client-facing teams to keep operational readiness on track.

About You
  • Operations experience within a bank or other traditional financial institution; exposure to digital assets, tokenisation or digital securities is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience supporting client onboarding, production support or a similar area, ideally in electronic trading, post-trade or financial market infrastructure.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several time-sensitive tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and composure when coordinating under pressure.
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • A keen interest in how digital assets and distributed ledger technology are shaping financial markets, with a willingness to build specialist knowledge.
Why join Tradeweb?
