Job description

Company Description

Tradeweb is a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes. As financial markets become increasingly interconnected, our technology enables efficient, multi-asset trading on a global scale. We serve more than 3,000 clients in more than 85 countries, including many of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, corporations, and wealth managers.

Creative collaboration and sharp client focus have helped fuel our organic growth. We facilitated average daily trading volume (ADV) of more than $2.8 trillion over the past four fiscal quarters, topping $3.3 trillion in ADV for the first quarter of 2026.

Since our IPO in 2019, Tradeweb has completed four acquisitions and doubled our revenues – and 2025 was our 26th consecutive year of record revenues.

Tradeweb plays a central role in modernizing market structure by developing innovative trading protocols, embedding analytics into execution, and building technology infrastructure that supports the convergence of traditional and digitally native financial markets. Tradeweb is a great place to work, recognized in 2025 by Forbes as one of America’s Best Companies and by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Financial Services Companies to Work For .

As a technology-driven organization, we value individuals who embrace innovation and are eager to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, enhance decision‑making, and deliver better outcomes for clients and colleagues. Group Details

Join the Tradeweb team to help support, operate and grow the electronic trading and regulatory reporting platforms used by clients in more than 65 countries. Our platforms facilitate approximately $780 billion in trading each day, giving you the opportunity to contribute to systems that sit at the heart of global financial markets.

You will be joining a high‑performing team within a growing $20 billion business. The role combines client interaction, data analysis, platform monitoring and hands‑on problem solving. Working fo the Co‑Head of Global Markets, you will be involved in working on numerous projects at the heart of the business. One moment you may be helping a dealer resolve a query; the next, you may be analyzing an unexpected trend, investigating a platform issue or identifying a better way for the team to work.

We are looking for people whose instinct is to ask why, understand how things connect and keep digging until an issue makes sense. You will not always begin with perfect information or a ready‑made answer. You will be expected to form a view from the evidence available, test your assumptions, involve the right people and recommend practical next steps.

Curiosity matters here, but curiosity without follow‑through is not enough. We value people who are prepared to do the hard work: examine the data, learn the detail, stay with a difficult problem and take ownership through to resolution. You will need sound judgement, resilience and a clear head under pressure - as well as the confidence to speak up when you see a better solution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Backlog Management: Help write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements under the guidance of a Product Manager.

  • Data Discovery and insight creation: Assist in researching user needs, analyzing user engagement, and reviewing product usage metrics and areas of improvement alongside growth opportunities.

  • Investigate platform and client queries, bringing together data, system knowledge and input from colleagues to understand what is happening and why.

  • Improve the client experience by providing responsive support, statistical analysis and clear communication to dealers and clients.

  • Make things better by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, procedures and day‑to‑day ways of working across the business.

  • Cross‑Functional Support: Coordinate across product, engineering and data science teams in trouble shooting and solution building.

  • Build trusted relationships across the sell side and become a credible, dependable partner to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how and why things work, explore how data can solve business problems, and develop a deep understanding of user needs.

  • Structured problem solving , ability to break complex challenges into clear, manageable stages, plan effectively, and make progress even when information is incomplete.

  • Drive and follow‑through : you are hands‑on, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering on your promises.

  • Adaptability : High energy and resilience when managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Collaboration : contribute effectively within your team, build strong, trusted partnerships across the organization.

  • Growth mindset and an active desire to deepen your skills, embrace complex problems and challenge fixed traits.

  • Technical Basics : Foundational knowledge of SQL for querying data and familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Education to bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Management) or equivalent practical experience.

Advantagous Experience

  • Product Mindset: Strong curiosity for solving business problems, ccustomer‑centric and passionate about understanding user friction points to deliver intuitive, value‑driven solutions.

  • AI Native: Can leverage artificial intelligence to optimize workflow, experience exploring large data sets and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Domain Knowledge of fixed income and derivative products alongside FIX APIs and networking concepts.
