Job description

Role summary

To provide an excellent standard of organisation and support to the International Dubbing Facilities based at Pinewood & Shepperton. To give operational assistance, by overseeing the administrative duties involving electronic assets (media files and other deliverables).

Principle accountabilities

  1. Managing all ingoing and outgoing media using a variety of delivery systems.
  2. Meeting critical deadlines and delivering the property (can be digital or physical formats) to the client/vendor within the required time frame.
  3. Ensuring that electronic delivery systems (computer-based applications) are organised in an efficient fashion, for example Outlook.
  4. Organising critical project data backup/archive on variety of NAS/SAN devices. Tracking Metadata.
  5. Short/Long term data management.
  6. Maintaining a high level of customer service for our clients.
  7. Keeping in touch with relevant department members – both internal and external support, regarding any issues that may arise.
  8. Communicating with clients/specified vendors on a daily basis.
  9. Any other duties deemed appropriate by Management.

Essential criteria

  1. Experience of handling electronic files and physical media.
  2. Adept in use of MS Office particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
  3. Accomplished Mac user with good understanding of Mac OS.
  4. Basic understanding of Network Architecture.
  5. High level of competency in administration and technology, particularly in relation to email etiquette and formatting.
  6. Excellent data management skills.
  7. Adaptable to learning new technology/software.
  8. High level of attention to detail.
  9. Ability to understand and organise complex information.
  10. Self-driven, results orientated and a confident communicator.
  11. Responsible attitude, dependable and punctual.
  12. Excellent communication skills.
  13. Methodical and organised.
  14. If necessary, willing to work overtime to meet required deadlines.

Desirable criteria

  1. Degree in relevant area.
  2. Knowledge of Audio Technology.
