Job description

We're looking for a skilled Digital Artworker to join our wider ITG Studio team, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital content for Halfords. In this role, you'll work closely with the Halfords ITG Studio, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established Halfords guidelines across all digital outputs.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, supported by Senior Account Managers, Brand Guardians, and Studio Artworkers. Together, you'll process briefs, traffic artwork through approvals, and manage final file handovers to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret brand guidelines and creative concepts to produce digital content using pre-approved templates
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining speed without compromising quality or brand consistency
  • Collaborate daily with the Halfords ITG Studio team to quickly action feedback and amends
  • Review and verify completed artwork to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Perform thorough quality checks against briefs before uploading content to platform
  • Maintain an organised and structured approach to file naming, storage, and uploading across servers


Requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of After Effects would be beneficial
  • A strong understanding of design principles, digital layout, and typography
  • Ability to accurately interpret and implement brand guidelines into artwork
  • Experience of working with high volume, reactive client accounts
  • Solid understanding of artwork specifications for various digital platforms
  • Familiarity with digital workflow and content management systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering artwork of thehighest standard
  • Proactive in developing new skills and expanding technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of colour management and proofing processes is advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital artwork production
