Data Analytics Manager - €100k + Benefits - Amsterdam (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

The Company

WeComm is working exclusively with a long-standing client, a global footwear and apparel company based in Amsterdam. They are experiencing significant growth and are known for quality and sustainable fashion. The company aims to expand its eCommerce team with a Digital Analytics Manager responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and customer engagement through digital performance insights.

The Role

This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you lead a team to promote data-driven decision-making across eCommerce and marketplace platforms. You will collaborate with Digital, Marketing, IT, and Technology teams to optimize user experience and revenue by analyzing customer behavior, site performance, audience segmentation, and business metrics.

Responsibilities Include

  • Leadership & Team Management: Develop a high-performing analytics team fostering a data-driven culture that influences decision-making.
  • Reporting: Design, build, and deploy BI solutions for key stakeholders and identify improvements in reporting processes.
  • Digital & Web Analytics: Oversee website analytics and customer journeys, working with internal teams to enhance digital performance.
  • Marketplace & eCommerce Data Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and optimize sales, channel attribution, and profitability.
  • Data & Business Intelligence: Ensure alignment between web analytics and backend data, working with regional and global BI teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation.

The Person

The ideal candidate is passionate about data analytics, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical teams.

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)
  • Experience working with marketplace data (Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, etc.)
