The Company
WeComm is working exclusively with a long-standing client, an incredible global footwear and apparel business based in Amsterdam. They are experiencing significant growth, setting industry standards in quality and sustainable fashion. The company aims to expand its eCommerce team by hiring a Digital Analytics Manager responsible for ensuring digital performance insights drive growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.
The Role
This position requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will lead a team to promote data-informed decision-making across eCommerce and marketplace businesses. Collaboration with teams in Digital, Marketing, IT, and Technology is essential to optimize user experience and maximize revenue by analyzing customer behavior, site performance, audience segmentation, and financial metrics.

The Person
The ideal candidate is passionate about data analytics, skilled in stakeholder management, and able to communicate technical insights to non-technical teams. Requirements include strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), proficiency in SQL and/or Python, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), tag management (GTM, Tealium), and previous experience with marketplace data (Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, etc.).
